I’ve been in a real funk lately. Hence the fact that I haven’t blogged in a while. I was just really down for a bit. Don’t know what it was. I had writer’s block to the maximum power and just didn’t have any ideas. I’m feeling a bit better now. So the purpose of this post is to say that we all have bad days. Especially us women. (haha) As much as I don’t want to be the a Debbie Downer, I do want to admit that my anxiety and stress has been bursting through the roof. My confidence level was down and I just had no idea where to turn. Sometimes we have to relax to calm our nerves. Run a hot bath and soak in, take a few naps, cuddle up on the couch with the pups. Forget the chores, forget work and just relax. Having this weekend with my husband helped a lot. He does what he can to make me feel relaxed. I know he likes to see me happy so I’m trying my hardest. We all have these moments. It’s okay to have these episodes, just try your best to pick yourself back up again. I still thank you guys for all the support and all the likes and follows.
