It was a Thursday evening, Kevin and I had a scheduled Yelp Elite event. He got caught up at work and had to stay late. With traffic and all, it looked like we were going to be super DUPER late. So we just kept driving to head down to The Pearl Brewery. After about 30 to 40 minutes in San Antonio traffic, we made it. We parked and walked around to decide where we were gonna have dinner. A Thursday night date is what it turned into and it was awesome! Continue reading “Sternewirth + Cured At Pearl”
After watching a fair share of Netflix, bindging on episodes of Iron Chef America, Kevin and I decided to try Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s restaurant in Waikiki. It is located on the first floor at the beautiful Modern Honolulu hotel. We reserved an early 5:30 dinner spot and completely enjoyed every bit. Luckily, this restaurant allows us to split a tasting menu. So, we did that and also enjoyed an extra appetizer and entree. Continue reading “A Beautiful Date Night at Morimoto Waikiki”
Once again we made it. With enough hard work and dedication, we saved up for another beautiful night in honor of our anniversary at Vintage Cave Honolulu. Our first experience back in October was so memorable that we could not help but come back. To check out my last review, click here. The Vintage Cave is an exclusive, private and mysterious place that words can’t even describe. The feeling you get when you step foot inside is one unlike any other. If I could come here for dinner every night I would. Continue reading “One More Memorable Night At Vintage Cave Honolulu”
Today is our 3 year anniversary! We are doing a big dinner date next week, but we are just spending quality time with each other today. Thought we’d have a little lunch and enjoy each other’s company. (Stay tuned for the anniversary dinner we will be whipping up tonight! It’s going to be epic!)
Every time we stop by Whole Foods in Kahala, I see this burger joint. Apparently, it’s a nationwide place that I never heard of. The Counter puts the concept of burgers on a whole new level. Although they have their own constructed burger menu, your best bet is to put your own creativity into it and build your own. With loads of toppings to choose from, the varieties are endless. It caters to any diet and any palate. The burger is in your hands… literally. Continue reading “Our Lunch Date At The Counter”
I’m impressed with this months Ipsy bag! This month’s theme is “Destination Chic”. It comes with a cute envelope-looking bag, with pictures of the world’s best destinations all over it. I’m kind of bummed that I didn’t get the purple one, but I am still loving the pink though! I received so many amazing goodies that I just can’t wait to try. Check out what I got!
